Instructions
1️⃣ Shape the Dough
Roll the fermented pizza dough into a thin, even base.
2️⃣ Add the Pesto
Spread a generous layer of basil pesto evenly over the dough.
3️⃣ Add the Cheese
Top with mozzarella cheese and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
4️⃣ Bake
Preheat your Zachvo Pizza Oven to 450°C.
Bake the pizza for about 2 minutes, until bubbly, melted, and crisp.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Remove from the oven and top with sliced Iberian ham and fresh rocket.
