Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is undamaged, please contact our customer service team at service@zachvo.com to initiate the return process.

For damaged or defective items, photo or video evidence is required according to our guidelines. Without valid visual evidence, we may be unable to process a return or exchange.


Important Notes on Non-Quality Issues

Please note that we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs for items that are not related to product quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • You no longer like the style after receiving the item

  • You no longer need the product due to personal reasons

  • Damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling

If an item is severely damaged due to human factors, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.


Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • In original, unused condition

Items returned in damaged condition or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you find that the item is unsuitable or has a defect within 14 days of receipt, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Please note:

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability

  • For non-quality-related issues with undamaged items, exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper use may not be eligible for exchange


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@zachvo.com.

Depending on the situation, we may request photos or videos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will initiate a return or replacement accordingly.

Shipping Damage

If you notice that the outer shipping box is damaged upon delivery, please:

  1. Do not open the package

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The damaged outer box

    • The shipping label on the box

  3. Email the photos to service@zachvo.com as soon as possible

We will assist you with the next steps for return or exchange.


Additional Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inventory availability

  • For non-quality-related issues with undamaged items, we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs

  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for items that are significantly damaged due to customer misuse
