ZACHVO “UPGRADE YOUR KITCHEN” CHALLENGE
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participation in this Promotion is free and open to all eligible users.
ELIGIBILITY
The Zachvo “Upgrade Your Kitchen” Challenge (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Italy, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Participants”).
Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required to participate.
Participants must agree to Instagram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable European and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM CET on November 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CET on November 28, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, participants may enter the Promotion by completing all of the following actions:
1. Publish a Reels video or image post on Instagram or Facebook showcasing your kitchen setup or transformation (“Entry”);
2. Include both hashtags in the caption: #ZachvoKitchen and #UpgradeYourKitchen;
3. Tag @zachvokitchen in the post.
No purchase is required, and ownership of a Zachvo product is not necessary to participate.
Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be valid. If you own Zachvo products and use them to compete, it would be Zachvo’s honor!
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or entries that attempt to subvert the entry process, are void.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to submit the entry.
Entries must be consistent with the Sponsor’s brand image and may not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
SELECTION & WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
Following the Entry Period, the Sponsor will evaluate all eligible entries based on the following criteria:
- Relevance to the “Kitchen Upgrade” theme (40%)
- Visual presentation and storytelling (30%)
- Creativity and originality (20%)
- Community engagement (10%)
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @zachvokitchen on or about November 30, 2025.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Promotion.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the relative scores of each submission based on the judging criteria.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via Instagram Direct Message or email within two (2) days following the selection date.
Potential winners must respond within one (1) days to confirm eligibility and prize acceptance.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe, incomplete information, ineligibility, or rule violation may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZES:

All eligible participants will receive an official Zachvo discount code redeemable on www.zachvo.com
The discount offers €20 off every €100 spent (e.g., €20 off €100, €40 off €200, and so on), applicable to eligible purchases on the official Zachvo website during the promotional period.
②Featured Selection:
Outstanding entries may be featured on Zachvo’s official website and social media channels.
③Grand Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Zachvo Kitchen Gift Set, including a curated selection of Zachvo small kitchen appliances.
No cash or other substitution will be permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize acceptance or use. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
LICENSE, RELEASE, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By submitting an entry, participants grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, or modify any submitted content (including images, videos, captions, and likenesses) for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants warrant that their entries are original, do not infringe any third-party rights, and that they have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party materials included.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, and representatives from any claim, liability, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to:
(a) technical malfunctions or system errors;
(b) unauthorized human intervention;
(c) injury or property damage resulting from participation or prize use.
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes worldwide in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used at the time of entry.
Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the entrant and the Sponsor.
GENERAL:
If the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or network errors, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or modify the Promotion and resume it in a manner consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
DISPUTES:
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants or the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of European Union law, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the European Union, unless mandatory local laws in the participant’s country of residence provide otherwise.
