Ingredients

250g pizza dough

1 tbsp black truffle paste

250g diced chicken thigh

Mozzarella cheese

Instruction

1️⃣ Cook the Toppings

Sear diced chicken thighs until golden and the fat is released.
Add mushrooms and cook until lightly caramelised. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough

Hand-stretch 250g of fermented pizza dough into a round base.

3️⃣ Assemble

Spread black truffle paste over the dough.
Layer mozzarella, cooked mushrooms, chicken, and optional chili slices.

4️⃣ Bake
