Pizza Base:

250g pizza dough

80g mozzarella cheese

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Yellow Curry Meat Sauce:

210g ground pork

100g onion

100g cherry tomatoes

3 kaffir lime leaves

50g yellow curry paste

170g water

50g coconut cream

Instructions

Pan-fry ground pork until lightly golden.
