Olive oil: 20g

Carrot: 1, diced

Peas: as needed
Tomato sauce: as needed
Mozzarella cheese: as needed

Instruction

1. Prepare the Dough
Combine flour, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil, then knead until a smooth dough forms. Divide into 6 portions (about 80g each), shape into balls, and let rise until doubled in size.

2. Shape the Pizza Bases
Roll each dough ball into a small round pizza crust. Fold the edges slightly to form a rim, prick the center with a fork, and let rest for another 20 minutes.

3. Pre-Bake the Crusts
Bake the crusts in a preheated pizza oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 8 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

4. Add Toppings and Freeze
Spread tomato sauce over each crust, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and top with cooked carrot cubes, corn kernels, peas, and sliced black pepper sausage.

Place the pizzas into vacuum-seal bags or containers, seal tightly, and freeze for later use.

5. Reheat
Bake the frozen pizza directly in a preheated 450°C (842°F) pizza oven for about 60–90 seconds, or until the cheese melts and the crust turns crispy.
