Ingredients

Base:

1 thin pizza crust

100g chicken breast, diced

½ green bell pepper, sliced

100g mozzarella cheese

1 tsp olive oil

Homemade Sweet & Spicy Sauce:

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp honey

1 tsp chili sauce (Sriracha or chili garlic sauce)

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp minced garlic

½ tsp white vinegar

Chicken Marinade:

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp cornstarch

Add as Your Preference

A pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Marinate diced chicken for 10 minutes, then pan-fry until golden. Add a spoonful of sweet & spicy sauce and coat evenly.

2️⃣ Prepare the Base

Spread a thin layer of sweet & spicy sauce over your pizza crust.

3️⃣ Assemble

Add mozzarella → spicy chicken → green pepper → more mozzarella on top.

4️⃣ Bake

Preheat your Zachvo Pizza Oven to 450°C.
Bake for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

Drizzle a bit of honey and sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped scallions for extra flavour.
