Ingredients
Dough:
300g 00 flour
197ml water
0.45g dried yeast
8g sea salt
Toppings:
2 tbsp pesto sauce
50g mozzarella cheese
6–8 peeled fresh prawns
A pinch of Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough
Remove the proofed dough and gently stretch it on the work surface into a round base.
2️⃣ Layer the Toppings
Spread pesto sauce evenly.
Scatter mozzarella cheese and arrange the prawns on top.
3️⃣ Add Olive Oil
Drizzle with a little olive oil for aroma and colour.
4️⃣ Bake
Preheat your Zachvo Pizza Oven to 450°C.
Bake until the edges turn golden and the cheese becomes bubbly (about 2 minutes).
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Top with fresh rocket leaves and crumbled dry cheese or Parmesan.
