Dough:

300g 00 flour

197ml water

0.45g dried yeast

8g sea salt

Toppings:

2 tbsp pesto sauce

50g mozzarella cheese

6–8 peeled fresh prawns

A pinch of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough

Remove the proofed dough and gently stretch it on the work surface into a round base.

2️⃣ Layer the Toppings

3️⃣ Add Olive Oil
