Ingredients
4 slices smoked bacon
300g shrimp paste (minced fresh shrimp)
4 slices cheese
1 egg white
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp honey
Add as Your Preference
A pinch of black pepper
A dash of soy sauce (for glaze)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the shrimp mixture
Mash fresh shrimp into a smooth paste. Add egg white, black pepper, Sriracha, and honey. Mix until fully combined and sticky.
2️⃣ Assemble the rolls
Lay a strip of smoked bacon flat. Place a slice of cheese on top, then spoon a small amount of shrimp paste in the centre. Roll it tightly to secure the filling.
3️⃣ Brush with glaze
Mix Sriracha, honey, and a dash of soy sauce. Brush the glaze evenly onto each roll for a shiny, flavourful coating.
4️⃣ Bake to perfection
Preheat your Zachvo Electric Oven to 200°C (392°F).
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon turns golden, edges caramelise, and the cheese begins to melt.
5️⃣ Garnish & serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the rolls.
Serve hot — crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and tender shrimp in every bite.
