Large potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Cream
Ham slices
1 egg
Butter

Instructions
1️⃣ First Bake
Brush potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle sea salt, wrap in foil, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until softened.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
Slice each potato in half and gently scoop out the flesh.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Mash
Mash the potato with black pepper, mozzarella, diced ham, 1 egg, a splash of cream, and a little butter until smooth and rich.
4️⃣ Refill
Spoon the mixture back into the potato shells.
Top with extra mozzarella and ham.
5️⃣ Second Bake
Bake again at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until golden and lightly crisp on top.
6️⃣ Serve
Sprinkle with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy a perfectly comforting French-style baked potato.
